Child Policy: Children up to 6 years can stay free in parent's room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged. 

Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount. 
Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
Reservation cancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellationfee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stayoriginally booked. 

There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between OCT. to February every year.
For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule.

Identity Record: It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
